How can I duplicate a loop?

Loop duplication enhances user efficiency by enabling the replication of predefined search criteria.

Users can duplicate multiple loops based on specific job titles, locations, preferences (on-site or remote), seniority levels, and additional parameters such as CV details and keywords. This functionality aggregates job postings from diverse online sources, streamlining the job search experience and optimizing efficiency.

a. Locate and click in the "My Loops" tab from top left menu list:

b. Locate the loop that you would like to edit and click on the ‘’3 dots” icon (next to or under the job title) to open the settings:

c. Click on “Duplicate Loop” to start the process:

Once you click on the “Duplicate Loop” button, you will be redirected to a new duplicated loop where you will be able to perform changes or additions. You are able to edit/change either the job title, location, job boards, seniority level, type of jobs, select a different CV, email templates, automation enablements, keywords, and/or matching level. At the same time, you are able to only edit the job title or location and keep the rest settings as is. It is up to you what parameters you want to modify. For example, you may create two loops with the 2 different job titles and keep location, seniority, job type, CV, email template, keywords, and matching level as is.

(Note: You are not able to delete a CV that is being used in a parallel running loop. If you want to select a different CV, feel free to upload the CV you want to use and select this over the previous one.)
