In order to change your resume you have to edit an existing loop.
Step 1: Go to "my loops" tab
Step 2: Select the "Edit loop" option by clicking the three dots that are on the top right corner of the loop box
Step 3: Upload a new resume or select a resume from the existing uploaded ones
