We can send out emails to companies via SMTP for Whitelabel accounts. This will use the original email account of each user, instead of creating a separate email alias.
Contact us to check whether this feature is enabled for your account.
1. Go to the My Clients page.
2. Click the SMTP button on the user you would like to connect.
3. Enter the SMTP username and password and click Save.
Here, you have to input the respective email address of each user as Username and the App Password as Password.
Note that you need to have 2-step verification enabled on a Google account, in order to create an App Password from https://myaccount.google.com/security.
