Yahoo SMTP Settings

1. Login to your Yahoo account.

2. By clicking on your profile icon on the top right, you can see the option to “Manage your Google Account”.

3. Click on “Security”.

4. Scroll down until you find the “2-Step Verification” and click on “Turn on”.

5. Choose a method of your preference and set up the 2-step verification setting.

6. Now you can find the App Password setting and generate one for the SMTP settings. 

7. Type a name for your app password (e.g. SMTP - Job Search) and hit “Generate password”.

8. Copy the generated app password and save it, as it will be needed later for the SMTP settings.

When you complete the above requirements, follow these simple steps: 

1. Visit this link: https://app.loopcv.pro/profile/smtp 

2. Yahoo SMTP server address: Host: smtp.mail.yahoo.com & Port: 587

3. Yahoo SMTP username: Your full Yahoo address (e.g. [email protected])

4. Yahoo SMTP password: App Password (the one you should have created as indicated above).

5. Secure connection: Off 

6. Click on the Save button on the down right corner.

Port: 465

Secure Connection: On
